Looking for a super delicious and easy balsamic vinaigrette recipe? This recipe calls for tossing all of the ingredients into a blender and that’s pretty much it! It’s quick, simple and delicious when paired with a tasty salad, chicken wrap or grilled vegetables! Plus, it can be stored for a few months in your fridge for more uses!

What Does This Rosemary Balsamic Vinaigrette Taste Like?

Traditional balsamic vinaigrette is tangy and sweet, emulsified to perfection. This spin on a classic salad dressing adds fresh rosemary to the mix, which contributes a slight woodsy and peppery flavor that compliments the balsamic very well.

The rosemary is definitely not overpowering, so don’t worry about there being too much! And unlike many salad dressings, it is not too oily and it won’t weigh down the dish.

This Ninja Blender is the one that I used to make this vinaigrette, and I HIGHLY recommend it as an affordable and versatile all around blender!

What To Serve With This Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe:

I made this quick blender balsamic salad dressing to go with my spinach salad with asparagus, feta and mushroom bacon. And let me tell you, IT WAS PERFECT. But really, ANY salad will taste good with this easy salad dressing. You can also pour this versatile condiment over chicken wraps or grilled veggies for an added tangy flavor boost!

I recommend doubling the recipe, because you are going to want to put it on everything! Here is a list of salads that this dressing would taste AMAZING on!

How To Store Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette:

Because of the high amount of acidity in this dressing, you can store your homemade vinaigrette in an air tight container for a few months! I recommend using a mason jar with a tight lid, or an old salad dressing bottle!

Since it is emulsified so well in the blender, it shouldn’t separate (it has never separated for me), but if it does, just give the jar a good shake to mix it all together again.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp chopped rosemary leaves
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Toss all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until emulsified and fully combined! (about 30 seconds)
  • If you plan on storing the dressing for more uses, I recommend doubling the recipe. Store it in an air tight container, such as a mason jar, in the refridgerator for up to 2 months. Enjoy!
