Mint gremolata is awesome because it brings a burst of flavor and freshness to just about anything. It’s got that zesty mix of mint, lemon zest, and garlic that really livens up your dishes, making them taste super vibrant and delicious. What Is A Gremolata
Gremolata is a mix of finely chopped fresh herbs, garlic, and lemon zest. It’s like a flavor bomb you drizzle on food right before you eat it to make it taste super fresh and zesty. Gremolata is an old-school Italian condiment that adds a ton of flavor and color to your meal!

I originally made a Blanched Asparagus Salad with Mint Gremolata recipe using this sauce and it was a total success! While artichokes are not in a traditional gremolata recipe, I find that they add a really nice bite and tanginess to the sauce. But if you want to omit them you totally can!

Since there are so many health benefits to consuming heart-healthy extra virgin olive oil, that is what I recommend using for the mint gremolata.
