Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • zest of one lemon
  • juice of half of a lemon a little over 1 tbsp
  • 6 marinated artichoke hearts optional, but tasty!
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, skin removed

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until a sauce is formed. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
