In a mortar and pestle, muddle the blueberries with the watermelon until there are no large chunks left.
Pour in the wine, gin and muddled blueberries/watermelon into a pitcher. Let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes and no longer than 2 hours to infuse the flavors of the fruit.
When you are ready to serve, pour in your kombucha. At this point, you can serve the cocktail as is, or strain it through a strainer to get the muddled fruit pieces out for a smoother sip. Enjoy!
