2tbspapple cider vinegarcan also use white wine vinegar
1tbspdijon mustard
1largegarlic clove, peeledor two small
1/4tsponion powder
1/8tsptable salt
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
* If you feel it needs it, you can add 1 tbsp of water to thin it out a little.
