  • Food Processor or immersion blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 6 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar can also use white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled or two small
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp table salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • * If you feel it needs it, you can add 1 tbsp of water to thin it out a little.
