This easy-to-make Greek yogurt chocolate mousse is both satisfying and guilt-free! With 13 grams of protein per serving, plus gut-healthy probiotics, it's a nutritious and filling dessert option.
1/4cupdark chocolate chips or wafers(see notes * 80% and up is best for antioxidants!)
chopped chocolate and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Place the Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl. Add the honey, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt.
To melt the chocolate, place it in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well, and continue to microwave in 30-second intervals until melted. If it seems clumpy, try adding 1/8 tsp olive oil to the chocolate.
Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt. Whisk using a hand mixer for 60 seconds, until well incorporated.
Transfer the yogurt to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Garnish with chopped chocolate and mint leaves, and enjoy!
