This Meal Plan Isn’t For You If…
You don’t like trying new foods and recipes. There are a lot of new and interesting ingredients and recipes in here, so you will need to have an open mind! But feel free to swap out anything that you don’t like, the meal plan is flexible!
You’re looking for a cookie-cutter program that will tell you exactly how many macros, calories, points, or portions you should be eating every day. As you know, the MedDiet is less of a diet and more of a lifestyle change!
You don’t have the time to go grocery shopping. I’ve laid out 21 days of recipes plus a detailed grocery shopping list, but you will need to find the time to go grocery shopping. Luckily, there’s online grocery shopping!
