Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups chilled cold brew coffee OR 1/3 cup chilled cold brew concentrate (or iced dark roast coffee)
  • 7.5 oz tonic water
  • 2 to 3 tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice (the boxed kind also works, but is less flavorful)

Instructions

  • Add ice cubes to a large glass. Carefully pour in the tonic water, trying not to let it get too bubbly.
  • Now add the cold brew coffee or espresso shots. Pour in the orange juice.
  • Stir it all up in a glass filled with ice and you are ready to enjoy your bubbly morning beverage. And if you are trying to get your girls' day brunch on, I suggest adding your favorite spirits, such as gin, vodka, or baileys Irish cream for a spiked tonic coffee!

Notes

Tips:
  • Make sure you are using tonic water, and not seltzer or soda water.
  • Orange juice without pulp is best for this recipe.  If you can get fresh squeezed, even better!
