This recipe pairs the flavor of matcha with bright and citrusy lemon and sweet honey. It comes together in just minutes, and it can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to four days!
1 1/2tsphoney, maple syrup or agave nectaradd more to taste if you like
1tspvanilla extract
2tbspfresh squeezed lemon juice
1tsplemon zest
1/4cupplain greek yogurt, or vegan alternative
1cupmilk of choice
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a large jar or bowl and mix well. Transfer mixture to mason jars or individual serving tupperwares, and cover with a lid or plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to four days. Serve with granola, fresh fruit, nuts or any other toppings. Feel free to add more sugar if you desire!
